Skilled in facility management, renovation, and strategic operations, Don works closely with consultants, councils, iwi, and investors to ensure strong alignment between design, financial performance, and resident outcomes — guiding Kauri's evolution as both a responsible operator and a community partner.
Jill Woodward
Served 17 years as CEO of Elizabeth Knox Home & Hospital, leading its transformation into a modern, 300-bed care community with consistently high occupancy, strong audit performance, and national recognition for innovative, person-centred dementia care. A registered nurse with a Master of Arts (Applied) in Nursing and Midwifery and a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences), Jill is an Eden Alternative trainer and board member.
Aaron Dobby
Senior construction and infrastructure project manager with experience delivering complex healthcare and large-scale developments. Responsible for programme control, contractor management, cost discipline, risk mitigation, and transition-to-operations planning.
Cora Noblejas
A registered nurse and former rest home owner with more than 40 years in healthcare, Cora leads human resources, training, and workforce development across Kauri facilities. A respected community leader and mentor, she promotes compassionate leadership and cultural understanding in the workplace.

A registered nurse with over 10 years of experience across hospitals, community health, and aged-care management in Australia and New Zealand. Maria oversees HealthCERT and MOH compliance, internal quality systems, and admissions processes, ensuring safe, dignified, and well-supported transitions into care.
Peter Li
A licensed building practitioner and registered nurse who brings both technical and clinical insight to facility management. Peter oversees maintenance, compliance, and building performance, ensuring each site remains safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.
John Kenneth
An internationally qualified nurse and Level 4 healthcare assistant with a background in sales, finance, and healthcare administration. John manages external relationships with Te Whatu Ora, local clinics, and hospitals, while supporting admissions, family engagement, and service coordination across facilities.
Anisi Nuuausala
A Level 4 caregiver and diversional therapist known for her active involvement across multiple community and cultural organisations. Anisi builds meaningful connections with schools, churches, veterans' groups, and Pacific and Māori networks, strengthening Kauri's reputation as a culturally responsive provider.
Paul Young
First Asian elected as an Auckland Councillor and a former member of the Counties Manukau District Health Board, with over 30 years in large-scale event management and marketing. Recognised for cross-cultural leadership, strategic thinking, and strong community engagement.
